Common questions

• How do I add a country or landmark? Tap a country or a landmark pin on the map, or find it using the search bar above the map. Then choose "I Have Been Here" to check in.
• How do I add photos to a trip? When you check in at a place, you can attach a photo to that visit, or add one later from your profile. Photos are private by default: only friends you have accepted can see them. See the Privacy Policy for exactly who can see what.
• How do I report or block someone? Open their profile and use the ⋯ menu. You can also report a specific photo from the photo viewer. Blocking is instant and can be undone later.
• How do I edit or delete an entry? Open your profile statistics to update travel dates or remove a country or landmark.
• How do I delete my account? Go to your profile settings and choose "Delete My Account." This permanently removes your profile, travel data, and photos.
